    day fourteen – clock

dear reader this look is one of my favourites cause whenever I look at this illustration I smile and have a good laugh. even when I thought of it, I was smiling because I thought it looked hilarious because of the yellow-gold clock glasses. – day fourteen : clock – media: XL Canson Mix Media sketchbook, Pental Arts Colour Brush (#101 black), Tombow Dual-Sided, White Gel Pen, Muji Ink 0.38 Pen this look gives of a seventies vibe with the flared jeans, and round glasses. I decided to keep the look simple as I wanted to show of the glasses, and the roman numerals. the look consists of a gray…

    day twelve – whale

dear reader, this is probably one of my favourite looks throughout all the looks I did for inktober. I decided to combine the fit of ariana grande’s pink dress on jimmy fallon last year, and the colouring and look of a humpback whale, to tie in the idea of the whale. – day twelve : whale – media: XL Canson Mix Media sketchbook, Pental Arts Colour Brush (#101 black), Muji Ink 0.38 Pen this look consists of a simple black and white striped full-sleeve top which was added to represent the lines a humpback whale has on its tum. it is paired with black skinny jeans, a pair of black…

    day ten – flowing

dear reader, this is definitely probably my least favourite look because of how it turned out. I loved the idea behind the word flowing, and I was hoping to make a gorgeous dress which didn’t exactly turn out the way I wanted it too. this is probably because I didn’t work with the shading the right way using just the ink. if I had used watercolours instead of ink, it would have worked much better. I might work with this prompt again to do my original idea. – day ten : flowing – media: XL Canson Mix Media sketchbook, Pental Arts Colour Brush (#101 black), Muji Ink 0.38 Pen this…

    day nine – precious

dear reader, here we are again, long after inktober has ended but I still really wanted to post the illustrations I had made then. some of these looks I have been really in love with. anyways, for this particular prompt, I wasn’t particularly happy with how it turned out because of the proportions. – day nine :  precious – media: XL Canson Mix Media sketchbook, Pental Arts Colour Brush (#101 black), Tombow Dual-Sided, Gold Paint, Muji Ink 0.38 Pen this look turned out well in terms of what I wanted to show in the outfit. however, I didn’t really like how the proportion of the person came out to be.…

    day one – poisonous

dear reader, happy inktober! i’m so excited for this month! i’ve been waiting for this for a long time because I’ve had art block for a while, and with inktober and fashion week happening i’m so inspired and want to put out all my ideas! i would like to say that i won’t be posting an inktober piece every single day, on both this blog and my Instagram. this is because I am honestly probably the busiest this month. however, i will be posting a collection of them together every few days as posts on Instagram. of course, I will do a final post for the final collection of inktober…
