New York Fashion Week (SS 2017) – Part 1

Dear Reader,

New York Fashion Week is only half over and I am already getting many ideas from the many different styles and designs that have been shared with the world. Once again, just click on a picture to look at my personal review of the design and why I absolutely loved it.

The website which I looked to find the designers, their designs, and watched their fashion show live was called nyfw (New York Fashion Week).

– Noon By Noor –

The designs of this collection were absolutely stunning. The main details that were shown in almost every piece were the presence of ruffles and sheer materials with small crocheted designs scattered around.

– Brock Collection –

This collection was full of dresses and thin-perfect-for-spring coats. The large floral prints, midi length dresses and skirts, and the large loose sleeves would definitely be my favorite part to this collection.

– Michael Costello –

Peplum tops and ruffles were shown more throughout the designs along with huge flared skirts, which looked amazing as a collection.

– Marissa Webb –

Extreme ruffles are going on throughout this entire collection. From the sleeves to collars and also layered ruffles of random designs on skirts!

– Adam Selman –

Absolutely loving this collection with the small ruffled pleats that’s are showing in almost every look. Also, loving the creative neckline and sleeve designs.

– Oday Shakar –

The flare of the looks for both dresses and skirts was evident throughout this collection, as well as very creative necklines for the looks.

– Tadashi Shoji –

Overall this collection seems to show more patterns and showing off the skin more as many sheer fabrics were used.

– Son Jung Wan –

I love the many different concepts that the designer has managed to put in for the entire collection. The ruffles, the sparkles and the many designs that he put together looked really well together.

– Jonathan Simkhai –

I love the simple crochet and imprinted designs on the outfits. The colours as well look amazing together.

Dear Reader, look forward to part 2 of New York Fashion Week.
